Although this motel is quite basic it had everything we needed for our one night stay. We had an upstairs room with a magnificent view of Mt Ruapehu where we relaxed on the balcony having a quiet drink soaking in the view. It was a short stroll to the restaurant area and there were quite a few to choose from. We enjoyed our stopover in Ohakune.

Pleasant stay, nice and quiet. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. After a day on the mountain we loved a soak in the hot tub. The hotel is located about five minutes walk to the town centre. Reception was very welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

We were away on a lads trip away. The Accommodation was nice, clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time here but definitely served its purpose as a place to stay and play for a group of lads. Bed, hot showers and clean towels... All we needed. We had four rooms and each room was a little different with layout and beds, some had cooking facilities and some didn't. This wasn't a problem for us, I'm sure you can ask for any type of room you require here. We ate out so we only needed basics. Motel a 2min walk to main centre of town with supermarket, restaurants, cafés and bars, great location. Try the kebabs!!
